Anxiety – 5 Domains Homework

Check in on these 5 domains periodically throughout your day, or when you find yourself activated:

 

1) Physical – where and what does it feel like in my body

 

2) Emotions – what specific feelings are coming up

 

3) Thoughts – what things am I thinking or saying to myself

 

4) Imagination – what am I visualizing or how do I see myself & my situation

 

5) Behaviors – practice grounding (tuning into the 5 senses and reminding myself that I am here in this place and time and that I am going to accept and not judge what is happening

 

6) Rating – how do I rate my anxiety (0=none, 100=worst ever)
